What you will do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate pipeline and drive new business in the Brazilian enterprise market.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including presentations, site visits, and product demonstrations for enterprise-level prospects.
  • Orchestrate complex deals across diverse business stakeholders and expand relationships within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with channel partners, sales engineering, and other internal teams to maximize resource deployment.
  • Consistently deliver ARR revenue targets and maintain a predictable sales forecast.
  • Position Okta’s platform at both functional and business-value levels to target stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of direct field sales experience selling enterprise cloud software to companies with 2000+ employees in LATAM.
  • Proven track record of closing six-figure software cloud deals and over-achieving sales targets.
  • Must be fluent in Portuguese; Spanish proficiency is preferred.
  • Experience with consultative sales techniques, such as MEDDPIC or Challenger methodologies.
  • Must be willing to travel 20-30% of the time.
  • No visa sponsorship available for this role.
