What you will do
- Own net-new outbound pipeline creation across enterprise accounts in South America.
- Proactively target and break into named accounts using cold calls, email, and LinkedIn.
- Reach and engage senior stakeholders including Directors, VPs, and C-level executives.
- Build and execute outreach strategies tailored to retail, T&L, manufacturing, and healthcare verticals.
- Conduct discovery calls to uncover business pain points and operational challenges.
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting within Salesforce.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in Portuguese and Spanish (native/fluent level).
- Business-level proficiency in English.
- 2–5+ years of SDR/BDR or outbound sales experience in B2B environments.
- Proven track record of generating pipeline through cold outreach.
- Experience navigating and breaking into enterprise or mid-market accounts.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
