What you will do

• Own Facebook UA for web funnels across core dating products, primarily focusing on USA and Tier-1 regions.
• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns with monthly spends in the $200k–$300k+ range.
• Manage account/BM structures, tracking setup, and payment infrastructure.
• Execute a structured creative testing loop involving hypotheses, iterations, and scaling.
• Drive automation improvements using rules, scripts, and 3rd-party tools.

Requirements

• Senior hands-on experience with Facebook UA for web/B2C in USA and Tier-1 markets (CIS-only experience is not a fit).
• Proven track record of managing budgets at $100k+/month level with strong CPA/ROAS/LTV thinking.
• Deep knowledge of Facebook bidding, measurement, and scaling best practices.
• Experience with automation and AI-driven creative workflows.
• Readiness for a role that is 70-80% execution and 20-30% channel leadership.
