What you will do

• Lead and optimize the full creative production process for UA ads across Meta, TikTok, and Google.
• Manage and mentor a team of Creative Producers, promoting AI literacy and embedding AI tools into the daily pipeline.
• Analyze performance metrics (CR, CPA, ROAS) and iterate quickly to improve conversion rates throughout the funnel.
• Act as the single point of contact for all UA creative needs and align stakeholders on priorities.
• Identify and manage external creative partners, freelancers, and AI-powered content providers.
• Own quarterly production plans and creative testing roadmaps using traditional and AI-enhanced formats.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in performance marketing creative production, specifically for Meta, TikTok, and/or Google.
• Strong understanding of UA metrics (CR, CPA, ROAS) and how creative assets impact performance.
• Proficiency with AI tools for creative production, optimization, and automation (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, N8N, Replicate, Lovable).
• Proven experience managing a creative team delivering high-volume, high-performance assets.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytic, reporting, and project management skills.
• Must be based in Georgia, Cyprus, Serbia, Portugal, or Armenia.
