Salary: $105,000 – $127,000 Annually

What you will do

• Support an AI-forward product pod in the continuous delivery of customer value in production environments.
• Execute tight build → measure → learn loops to prioritize speed and evidence over long planning cycles.
• Identify and validate opportunities for applied AI to materially improve dental workflows and efficiency.
• Translate AI capabilities, such as models, prompts, and agents, into user value propositions and success metrics.
• Collaborate with engineers to shape technically feasible, production-ready AI solutions.
• Conduct continuous customer discovery and analyze usage data to inform product iterations.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in product management, product operations, or SaaS.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern product discovery/delivery practices.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to define success metrics and use data for decisions.
• Comfort operating in high-ambiguity environments with a bias toward action.
• Eligibility to work in the US (indicated by 401k, HSA, and FSA benefits)

• Exposure to AI-powered products or platforms.
• Familiarity with Jira, Aha!, Pendo, or various analytics platforms.
