Salary: $110,000–$140,000

What you will do

• Support the intake process by documenting business requests and organizing discovery materials.
• Assist Product Managers with stakeholder interviews and the synthesis of business pain points and outcomes.
• Define and maintain business problem statements, dependencies, and success metrics.
• Prepare demand packages to ensure delivery partners receive clear and complete information.
• Maintain backlog quality to ensure requests are categorized and ready for review.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to validate documentation and track follow-up items.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on a hybrid basis in Austin, TX or Somerset, NJ.
• 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, product management, or project coordination.
• Strong ability to organize complex information into clear, business-friendly materials.
• Foundational understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and product delivery concepts.
• Demonstrated analytical, communication, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across business and IT environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise systems like CRM, ERP, ServiceNow, or Workday.
• Familiarity with Jira Product Discovery or similar backlog management tools.
• Exposure to business process mapping, value stream thinking, or design thinking.
• Foundational knowledge of AI concepts and their influence on business transformation.
• Experience preparing executive-ready materials and facilitating discovery workshops.
