What you will do

• Define and drive long-term product strategy for the Agent Platform, balancing immediate execution with future investment.
• Identify and prioritize customer needs by integrating telemetry, industry trends, and feedback from enterprise security leaders.
• Influence senior stakeholders across hirify.global and Microsoft to align on vision and roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and applied sciences to deliver developer-first AI experiences.
• Evangelize the platform vision to customers, partners, and the broader developer community.
• Drive metrics-based decision-making to continuously measure and improve platform impact.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 10+ years of experience in product, software development, or related fields (or 8+ years with a Bachelor's degree).
• 5+ years of experience specifically in developer tools or AI-driven products.
• Proven track record of delivering product vision and roadmaps to executive leadership.
• Strong communication skills and experience building trust across highly distributed, global teams.
• Deep empathy for developers and commitment to secure software development.
