What you will do

• Define the product vision for AI engagements, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical capabilities.
• Author Project Briefs, BRDs, PRDs, and detailed user stories to define scope, constraints, and success criteria.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog for sprints based on business value and stakeholder needs.
• Coordinate the end-to-end delivery cycle from rapid prototyping to production handoff.
• Serve as the primary client-facing contact, leading weekly status calls, demos, and outcome reviews.
• Ensure responsible AI implementation, including ethical governance, bias mitigation, and data privacy compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, or AI/software delivery.
• Proven ability to translate complex business problems into well-scoped AI product requirements.
• Strong familiarity with AI/ML concepts and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence) and understanding of Microsoft Azure infrastructure.
• Ability to travel 10–20% for stakeholder engagement and delivery reviews.

• Advanced degree or professional certifications such as CSPO, SAFe PM/PO, or PMP.
