What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the MarketSmart platform.
• Lead ongoing product discovery through customer interviews, usability testing, and feedback synthesis.
• Translate market and performance insights into prioritized product requirements and actionable backlogs.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to deliver scalable, high-impact marketing technology solutions.
• Analyze product usage and campaign performance data to guide prioritization and iteration.
• Drive Go-To-Market readiness in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams.

Requirements

• 3-7+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS or technology-driven organization.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Proven success owning product vision and roadmaps across the full lifecycle.
• Experience with B2C customer engagement platforms, MarTech, or marketing automation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform product decisions.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

Nice to have

• Pragmatic Institute Product Manager Certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or Engineering.
