Country Manager France (AAC)

Location: Remote France; candidates should be based in the Paris region or have regular and easy access to Paris.

What you will do

• Lead the French commercial agenda, drive revenue growth, build the sales pipeline, and exceed performance targets.
• Define and execute the France market strategy across funders, institutions, clinicians, and other key stakeholders.
• Influence reimbursement pathways and navigate the professional, policy, funding, and regulatory landscape.
• Develop a high-performing, scalable organization by improving team structure, market coverage, productivity, and profitability.
• Use data, tools, and processes to improve decision-making and execution standards.
• Represent the French market in global cross-functional collaboration and external engagements.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in complex solution sales and business development.
• Leadership experience building and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience in long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments.
• Ability to navigate ecosystems involving clinicians, institutions, funders, and public stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working in a matrix organization.
• Fluent French and strong business English, written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated, funding-driven markets such as healthcare or education.
