TL;DR

Account Manager (Paris): Building relationships and driving monetization of the hirify.global platform with an accent on engaging partners and optimizing marketplace content. Focus on introducing payment solutions, advising on product selection, and fostering strong partner experiences.

Location: On-site in Paris, France. All hirify.global employees are required to work from the office five days per week.

What you will do

  • Engage proactively with partners to drive monetization and revenue growth.
  • Introduce, educate, and convert partners to hirify.global’s payment solutions.
  • Optimise marketplace listing content and availability for maximum conversions.
  • Serve as a dedicated advisor for a pool of partner accounts.
  • Build strong internal relationships with Sales and Onboarding teams.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to provide feedback for future releases.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management with proven commercial outcomes.
  • Proven experience in using and analyzing data for commercial improvement.
  • Previous experience in an outbound call environment or a related sales position is preferred.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English and French is required.
