TL;DR
Senior Enterprise Account Manager (SaaS): Managing and growing a portfolio of major accounts within the AEC industry with an accent on revenue growth, logo acquisition, and retention. Focus on negotiating value-based agreements, forecasting via SFDC, and expanding the customer base in the DACH region.
Location: Must be based in Germany (Remote or Hybrid in Munich)

What you will do
- Manage and grow a book of assigned major accounts with 500+ employees.
- Identify and acquire new enterprise customers within the designated territory.
- Attain or exceed 100% of the annual sales quota.
- Conduct consultative sales and negotiate value-based agreements.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and activity records using Salesforce (SFDC).
- Collaborate with Technical Account Management, Marketing, and Legal teams to guide customers through purchases.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in professional software or SaaS sales.
- Proven track record of selling into Enterprise accounts.
- Fluency in both German and English is required.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Must be based in Germany.
- Willingness to travel to professional offices, construction sites, and industry events.
