What you will do
- Lead full sales cycle from initial interest to deal close, coordinating with customer success and technical teams
- Create detailed business plans to meet goals and quotas
- Build and maintain relationships with executives across industries to close enterprise deals
- Consult with prospects and customers on business objectives and build long-term partnerships
- Model use cases demonstrating hirify.global's impact on business transformation
- Provide after-sales support with customer success team to maximize loyalty
- Negotiate agreements and maintain sales data in Salesforce
- Analyze sales insights and experiment with growth tactics
Requirements
- Experience as Enterprise Account Executive or similar SaaS B2B sales role
- Ability to develop enterprise market across DACH region
- Strong relationship-building and deal-closing skills with business leaders and executives
- Affinity for tech and finance or business planning experience
- Fluent in English and German
- Based in Western Germany (Hesse, Rhineland-Palatinate, Saarland, North Rhine-Westphalia, or Baden-Württemberg)
