What you will do

  • Drive net-new business acquisition and expansion revenue across the DACH enterprise segment.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through to contract closure.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue potential within your portfolio.
  • Build multi-threaded relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and Ecommerce teams.
  • Lead discovery conversations focused on business impact and ROI while managing complex negotiations.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to accelerate deal velocity.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a sales hunter in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Full professional proficiency in both English and German.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas in complex enterprise organizations.
  • Ability to articulate business value to senior executive audiences.
  • Strong discipline in CRM hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline management.
  • Must be based in Germany.

Nice to have

  • Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or Challenger Sale.
