What you will do
- Drive net-new business acquisition and expansion revenue across the DACH enterprise segment.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through to contract closure.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue potential within your portfolio.
- Build multi-threaded relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and Ecommerce teams.
- Lead discovery conversations focused on business impact and ROI while managing complex negotiations.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to accelerate deal velocity.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a sales hunter in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Full professional proficiency in both English and German.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas in complex enterprise organizations.
- Ability to articulate business value to senior executive audiences.
- Strong discipline in CRM hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline management.
- Must be based in Germany.
Nice to have
- Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or Challenger Sale.
