What you will do

• Monitor day-to-day data network operations within the defined scope.
• Provide technical assistance and resolution for complex network problems.
• Implement network upgrades and improvements to enhance system performance.
• Collaborate with infrastructure groups and end-users to troubleshoot enterprise environment issues.
• Manage the installation, maintenance, and monitoring systems of the client network.
• Participate in a 5-day-a-week on-call rotation.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in in-depth troubleshooting of LAN, firewalls, routers, PCs, and printers.
• Hands-on experience installing and configuring Cisco devices, LAN/WAN, and Avaya.
• Proficiency in TCP/IP and routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF.
• Must have reliable transportation for travel between sites.
• Must be based in or able to work in Novi, MI (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• CCNA certification (or currently working towards it).
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
• Ability to independently plan and engineer intermediate to advanced Cisco network solutions.
