What you will do
- Lead technical presales engagements, including customer discovery, solution design, and value positioning.
- Translate business requirements into scalable IoT/SIM Management Portal architectures and configurations.
- Own the end-to-end onboarding journey, including connectivity setup, SIM lifecycle, and API integration.
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for customers on IoT connectivity strategies and platform scalability.
- Manage the customer lifecycle to identify expansion opportunities and drive retention.
- Act as the voice of the customer to influence the internal product roadmap and innovation.
Requirements
- Strong technical background in Telecom, IoT, or IT Engineering.
- Proven experience in a Customer Success, Presales, or Solution Engineering role.
- Deep understanding of IoT connectivity, roaming ecosystems, MVNO/M2M models, and eSIM technologies (e.g., SGP.32).
- Ability to act as a customer-facing technical expert for both technical and business audiences.
- English: Fluency (C1) is mandatory.

- Fluency in Spanish.
