TL;DR
Enterprise Account Director (Enterprise Sales): Drive new account acquisition and upsell Telesign solutions to existing enterprise customers with an accent on consultative solution selling, complex B2B sales cycles, and building territory account strategies. Focus on identifying decision-makers, expanding net new use cases, and managing a robust pipeline to contract closure.
Location: Hybrid (option to work remotely and even from abroad for up to 10 days a year)

What you will do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive account/territory strategy to achieve acquisition and upsell targets.
- Consultatively sell Telesign services by mapping business challenges to technology solutions.
- Close net new business with named enterprise accounts and manage complex sales cycles to contract closure.
- Grow incremental revenue within named accounts by uncovering net new use cases and upselling/cross-selling additional services.
- Lead lead generation, qualification, and opportunity management; create and manage a robust pipeline.
- Partner with SDRs, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, and HQ Sales Operations; collaborate with Global Carrier Business Development on market-making opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of demonstrated enterprise sales experience with a track record of exceeding annual quotas and performance targets.
- Understanding and/or experience with information security, SaaS models, identity and authentication, and B2B2C sales models.
- Experience selling into financial services (banking, fintech, payments, lending).
- Experience navigating complex sales cycles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and collaborative across departments.
