Business Development Manager (IoT)

TL;DR

Business Development Manager (IoT): Identifying, approaching, and onboarding new strategic customers within the IoT segment with an accent on commercial negotiations and end-to-end deal management. Focus on driving growth for 5G and IoT solutions while coordinating complex onboarding processes across internal product, legal, and technical teams.

Location: Must be based in Brussels with an on-site presence required 2 to 3 days per week.

What you will do

• Identify and contact new prospects and leads in defined segments and territories.
• Develop and execute commercial proposals and sales strategies for new customers.
• Manage end-to-end contractual processes with prospects and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure proper technical implementation in collaboration with customers and technical teams.
• Lead customer onboarding and coordinate with Product, Sales Ops, Service Delivery, Legal, and Finance.
• Support customers on operational topics until a smooth handover to the Key Account Management team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in a business development role, ideally within an IoT-related environment.
• Strong experience in managing complex deals, negotiations, and large opportunities.
• Ability to work independently in a global, matrix organization.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Must be able to work on-site in Brussels 2-3 days per week.
