What you will do

• Understand APAC messaging landscape, identify opportunities/threats, and contribute to regional sourcing strategy.
• Develop supplier onboarding pipeline, negotiate with new suppliers to reduce termination costs and boost competitiveness.
• Establish and maintain relationships with strategic partners including operators and suppliers.
• Optimize cost structure for assigned region/portfolio and act as escalation point for issues.
• Monitor commercial, regulatory, and market changes; collaborate with internal teams on operations and routing processes.
• Work with Legal on agreements and attend industry events to build relationships.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years in messaging industry.
• Extensive APAC A2P messaging experience with deep relationships.
• Detail-oriented, organized, comfortable with ambiguity and high-stakes negotiations.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
