HR Technology Product Manager (Workday)

Location: Greater Seattle Area, United States. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or nationals, current permanent residents, or lawfully admitted refugees or asylees.

Base pay for Washington applicants: $169,347–$237,085.80 annually. Ranges may differ by site.

What you will do

• Lead product management for Workday and other HR platforms supporting talent acquisition, onboarding, offboarding, and HCM.
• Own product strategy, roadmaps, projects, enhancements, software analyses, RFPs, and make-versus-buy assessments.
• Manage product backlogs, prioritize sprint work, lead quarterly agile planning, and maintain sprint operating rhythms.
• Analyze HR workflows, gather requirements, and develop prototypes, proof-of-concept wireframes, and configurations.
• Partner with Enterprise Technology and development teams on integrations, technology initiatives, and requirement gaps.
• Implement HR transformation strategies using AI, GenAI, automation, and analytics to improve talent management, engagement, and workforce planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of technical product management experience with enterprise platforms such as HCM, ERP, or MRP.
• 3+ years of experience in the Workday ecosystem and a broad background in HRIS and product management.
• Experience with system assessments, RFPs, and make-versus-buy evaluations.
• Expert understanding of the system development lifecycle and experience leading agile development.
• U.S. citizenship or nationality, current U.S. permanent residency, or lawful admission as a refugee or asylee is required.
