TL;DR

HR Technology Product Manager (Workday): Developing and managing the lifecycle of HR systems for Talent Acquisition and HCM with an accent on strategic product planning and cross-functional agile leadership. Focus on integrating AI and GenAI into HR transformation strategies and optimizing enterprise-level workflows.

Location: Greater Seattle Area. Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted refugee/asylee.

Salary: $169,347 - $237,085

What you will do

  • Lead product management for Workday and other Talent Acquisition and HCM platforms.
  • Own product strategy and roadmaps, including make vs. buy assessments and RFPs.
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize sprints in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze workflows and build prototypes and proof-of-concept wireframes.
  • Partner with Enterprise Technology teams to manage and create system integrations.
  • Implement HR transformation strategies utilizing AI, GenAI, and automation.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of technical product management experience for enterprise platforms (HCM, ERP, MRP).
  • 3+ years of experience specifically within the Workday ecosystem.
  • Expert-level understanding of the system development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted refugee/asylee.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
