What you will do

• Own product strategy and roadmaps for talent lifecycle applications including Workday, Eightfold, Qualtrics, and HackerRank.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Develop AI-enabled capabilities for talent intelligence, skills-based career pathing, and candidate matching.
• Manage strategic vendor relationships and drive seamless third-party integrations.
• Orchestrate proof-of-concept initiatives and pilot programs for new AI-driven solutions.
• Champion Agile methodologies, leading sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT strategies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in HR Technology, HRIS, or SaaS product management.
• Deep expertise with Eightfold, Workday, or comparable ATS/CRM solutions.
• Proven success leading complex Talent Acquisition technology initiatives in global enterprises.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts applied to recruiting (e.g., skills inference).
• Expert knowledge of Agile software development and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Must be based in the East Coast, USA.

Nice to have

• Certifications in product management (CSPO, PMP) or HRIS domains.
• Experience with UX design principles for enterprise HR systems.
• Familiarity with AI-driven assessment technologies.
