IT Product Manager - Workforce Solutions (Workday)

Location: Remote with flexible living locations and one required onsite meeting per year at 550 Van Buren, Chicago, United States

Base salary: $120,000–$165,000 per year; total estimated compensation including annual incentive: $138,000–$206,250

What you will do

• Own the IT product strategy and roadmap for Talent Acquisition, internal staffing and resource management, and contingent workforce processes.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define priorities, translate needs into requirements, and drive adoption of system and process enhancements.
• Lead cross-functional delivery with technical, reporting, integration, and security teams.
• Oversee product optimization, issue resolution, system inquiries, and defect management.
• Evaluate Workday weekly and biannual releases and identify functionality that improves recruiting, talent, and workforce operations.
• Research solutions through the Workday Community and champion continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering product, system, or process solutions with business stakeholders.
• Experience supporting or advising on recruiting, staffing/resource management, or contingent labor processes.
• Ability to lead initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups and teams.
• Hands-on experience mapping and documenting current-state and future-state workflows.
• Experience leading requirements gathering through interviews, workshops, and working sessions.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders at different levels of seniority.

Nice to have

• Workday experience in Recruiting, Product Services Automation, or workforce-related modules.
• End-to-end contingent labor process knowledge, including requisition-to-start, extensions, time and cost capture, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Experience with vendor management systems such as VNDLY or Beeline.
• Experience supporting Talent Acquisition or workforce processes in a professional services environment.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
