Product Owner, Technical (Workday)

Location: Chicago, United States; full-time onsite role

Compensation range: $111,200–$190,300 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead business solution analysis for Finance and HCM integrations, enhancements, and new tools or processes.
• Design Workday integrations and data flows, interpret requirements, and manage scope and requirement decisions.
• Coordinate test case design, scheduled and ad hoc testing, integration testing, UAT signoff, and documentation of results.
• Support Workday processes and tools by assessing business needs, developing solutions, and following up on issues and escalations.
• Develop process flows, knowledge documents, and training materials.
• Mentor Digital Solutions team members and contribute to improving Workday team processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or technology.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Prior public accounting experience with a mid-sized or large firm, or equivalent professional services experience.
• Prior management experience in a Workday environment and experience with integrations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and strong technical expertise in Microsoft Office.
