What you will do

• Drive positive change and ensure IT systems align with organizational business goals.
• Gather feedback from various sources and provide considered insights to departmental leaders.
• Perform business process modelling and create clear technical documentation.
• Develop sequence diagrams, data models, and craft detailed test scenarios.
• Define business needs and evaluate existing processes to identify long-view strategies.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken) required.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Leudelange, Luxembourg.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT consulting, development, or infrastructure.
• Proficiency in functional analysis techniques, testing strategies, and Agile (Scrum).
• Experience with JIRA, BPMN, UML, XML, and relational databases (SQL).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of backend development languages including Java, Python, or .NET.
