We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a dynamic project team delivering innovative IT solutions. You will play a key role in bridging business and technology, ensuring that business needs are clearly understood, documented, and translated into effective solutions that support organizational objectives.

📋 What You'll Be Doing

Gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements across multiple functional domains to ensure solutions align with business goals and operational needs.

Preparing and maintaining:
• Business Requirements Documentation
• Functional Specifications
• Process Flows and Business Rules
• Stakeholder and Impact Assessments

Acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and project teams by:
• Facilitating workshops and stakeholder meetings
• Clarifying business and functional requirements
• Ensuring alignment between business expectations and technical delivery

Supporting project initiation and planning by:
• Participating in feasibility assessments
• Contributing to business case development
• Identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement

Ensuring business requirements are accurately reflected throughout the solution lifecycle and supporting implementation activities.

Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by:
• Assisting with test preparation
• Coordinating business user participation
• Validating delivered solutions against requirements

Facilitating governance activities, user committees, and stakeholder engagement sessions throughout the project lifecycle.

🎯 What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or a similar role within IT projects.

Strong experience in:
• Requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
• Functional analysis and solution definition
• Business process modelling and improvement
• Stakeholder management and communication

Ability to:
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements
• Assess solution feasibility and business impact
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Work effectively with both business and technical teams

Strong understanding of:
• Business processes and data flows
• Requirements management methodologies
• Project delivery frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid)

Hands-on experience with:
• Jira
• Confluence
• Azure DevOps or similar tools

Experience supporting and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Fluent English communication skills.
