What you will do
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Create analysis artifacts including flowcharts, data flow diagrams, and sequence diagrams.
- Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to design scalable solutions.
- Support testing activities, including UAT preparation and defect validation.
- Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and Agile ceremonies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Information Systems.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development.
- Proven experience in Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, or FinTech projects.
- Solid understanding of UML, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience preparing BRD, SRS, and functional specifications.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
Nice to have
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Familiarity with REST APIs.
