What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Create analysis artifacts including flowcharts, data flow diagrams, and sequence diagrams.
• Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to design scalable solutions.
• Support testing activities, including UAT preparation and defect validation.
• Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and Agile ceremonies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Information Systems.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development.
• Proven experience in Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, or FinTech projects.
• Solid understanding of UML, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience preparing BRD, SRS, and functional specifications.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Familiarity with REST APIs.
