• Agile, Scrum, Waterfall methodologies
• Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Fluent English

📋 Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Translate business needs into functional specifications
• Act as the liaison between business and technical teams
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings
• Assess impacts, risks, and dependencies
• Support UAT preparation, execution, and validation
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in IT projects
• Strong understanding of business processes and requirements management
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
