• Oversee artwork production across print, point-of-sale, and multi-channel campaigns.
• Manage production workflows, timelines, and resource allocation using Monday.com.
• Lead daily production meetings and hold the team accountable to delivery commitments.
• Manage the QC process to ensure technical accuracy, brand compliance, and production readiness.
• Mentor and develop the artwork team through regular 1-1s and performance reviews.
• Provide monthly performance data on delivery volumes and turnaround times to measure effectiveness.
