What you will do
- Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of multiple integrated campaigns across digital and content channels.
- Manage project lifecycles, including scoping, cost estimation, SOW creation, and timeline development.
- Serve as the central point of contact for internal creative teams, media partners, and clients.
- Proactively identify project risks and maintain a risk register to ensure smooth delivery.
- Ensure all creative assets meet high QA standards before client delivery.
- Track project financials, including income reporting and budget forecasting.
Requirements
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
- 2+ years of experience as a producer in a digital creative studio, integrated agency, or media partnership environment.
- Proven track record in managing client relationships and multi-disciplinary stakeholders.
- Strong experience delivering creative advertising projects and managing multi-channel media partnerships.
- Exceptional project management skills with a structured approach to production and time management.
- Ability to translate complex technical ideas into simple terms for stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with project management tools like Trello, Float, or MS Project.
- Familiarity with creative software such as Adobe CC or Sketch.
- Sector experience in technology, FMCG, retail, or entertainment.
