TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the UK with the right to work in the UK. This is a hybrid role requiring office attendance approximately four days a week.

What you will do

  • Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of multiple integrated campaigns across digital and content channels.
  • Manage project lifecycles, including scoping, cost estimation, SOW creation, and timeline development.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for internal creative teams, media partners, and clients.
  • Proactively identify project risks and maintain a risk register to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Ensure all creative assets meet high QA standards before client delivery.
  • Track project financials, including income reporting and budget forecasting.

Requirements

  • Must have the right to work in the UK.
  • 2+ years of experience as a producer in a digital creative studio, integrated agency, or media partnership environment.
  • Proven track record in managing client relationships and multi-disciplinary stakeholders.
  • Strong experience delivering creative advertising projects and managing multi-channel media partnerships.
  • Exceptional project management skills with a structured approach to production and time management.
  • Ability to translate complex technical ideas into simple terms for stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with project management tools like Trello, Float, or MS Project.
  • Familiarity with creative software such as Adobe CC or Sketch.
  • Sector experience in technology, FMCG, retail, or entertainment.
