What you will do

• Develop and manage project plans for multi-market campaigns from initial brief to final delivery.
• Act as the primary hub for local market teams, coordinating asset localization and seamless collaboration.
• Manage the creative asset workflow, ensuring all materials are tracked, reviewed, and delivered to specification.
• Organize internal and client reviews and consolidate feedback into actionable tasks for creative and PR teams.
• Utilize AI and project management tools like Asana and Teams to optimize workflows and enhance communication.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or Junior PM within a fast-paced creative, advertising, or marketing agency.
• Track record of successfully coordinating projects across different markets or regions.
• Experience managing the delivery of creative campaigns, preferably within PR.
• Strong proficiency in project setup, budgeting, resource planning, and reporting.
• Must be based in or be able to work in London, UK to support the hybrid working model.
