What you will do
- Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of CRM and digital campaigns for major global brands.
- Facilitate the execution of personalized client communication plans and ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage daily client communications as the primary operational point of contact.
- Create project timelines, track milestones, and monitor budgets to ensure delivery within scope.
- Prepare project status reports, meeting agendas, and alignment documentation.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and data teams to maintain high-quality deliverables.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management or Campaign Coordination within CRM or digital marketing agency environments.
- Experience working with large global brands.
- Strong stakeholder coordination and clear communication skills.
- Solid understanding of digital, data-driven, and marketing automation projects.
- Hands-on experience coordinating CRM, web, and marketing automation campaigns.
- English: Great communication skills required
Nice to have
- Experience in the luxury and/or automotive sectors.
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Marketing Cloud.
