What you will do

  • Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of CRM and digital campaigns for major global brands.
  • Facilitate the execution of personalized client communication plans and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Manage daily client communications as the primary operational point of contact.
  • Create project timelines, track milestones, and monitor budgets to ensure delivery within scope.
  • Prepare project status reports, meeting agendas, and alignment documentation.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and data teams to maintain high-quality deliverables.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Project Management or Campaign Coordination within CRM or digital marketing agency environments.
  • Experience working with large global brands.
  • Strong stakeholder coordination and clear communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of digital, data-driven, and marketing automation projects.
  • Hands-on experience coordinating CRM, web, and marketing automation campaigns.
  • English: Great communication skills required

Nice to have

  • Experience in the luxury and/or automotive sectors.
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Marketing Cloud.
