What you will do

• Manage end-to-end production for integrated campaigns across digital, social, video, print, and hirify.global channels.
• Partner with creative, strategy, account, and media teams to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and lead project meetings.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners including production, post-production, and media.
• Anticipate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and proactively problem-solve across channels.

Requirements

• Previous experience producing integrated campaigns within a creative or advertising agency environment.
• Strong understanding of cross-channel production workflows and interdependencies.
• Proven experience translating client or stakeholder briefs into actionable creative plans.
• Solid understanding of legal, compliance, and contractual requirements within production.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and senior stakeholder relationships.
