What you will do
- Lead and develop CRM and loyalty initiatives for major global brands.
- Design and enhance sophisticated, personalized client communication strategies.
- Manage global client relationships as a strategic partner to drive organic growth.
- Develop project scopes, complex plans, and budgets, ensuring commercial viability.
- Produce high-quality presentations for executive-level client meetings.
- Directly manage and mentor a team of project managers to cultivate a high-performing culture.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Account or Project Management within CRM, digital marketing, or agency environments.
- Proven experience working with large global brands; luxury or automotive sectors are a significant advantage.
- Extensive experience leading teams and managing senior stakeholders across complex global departments.
- Deep knowledge of technical projects and enterprise marketing automation platforms.
- Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Marketing Cloud.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.
