What you will do
- Drive sales growth and implement strategic plans to achieve multi-million-pound revenue targets.
- Nurture long-term relationships with senior budget holders to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee cross-functional commercial and delivery teams to ensure high-quality execution of strategic AI programs.
- Identify innovative, data-oriented use cases that solve novel client problems and demonstrate continuous value.
- Lead complex commercial negotiations, pricing proposals, and contractual agreements.
- Represent at key industry events to expand market presence and sector reputation.
Requirements
- Comprehensive background in consulting and client management, typically from medium to large-sized consultancies.
- Broad understanding of the energy value chain and/or resources and infrastructure-based industries.
- Natural business development mindset with experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- Expertise in managing complex, high-level stakeholder relationships and large organizational programs.
- Ability to work alongside technical teams and a strong curiosity for artificial intelligence applications.
- Proven experience managing detailed deal processes and complex commercial negotiations.
