What you will do

• Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews to identify top talent.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies and content targeted at college audiences across various channels.
• Plan and lead events and programming to support and engage the current intern class.
• Analyze social media performance to refine and improve recruiting outcomes.
• Maintain data entry and perform clerical duties to support recruitment strategy.
• Collaborate with the broader Corporate Recruiting team on various internal projects.

Requirements

• Currently a rising Junior or Senior pursuing a 4-year degree in Marketing, PR, HR, or a related field.
• Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Lincoln, NE.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with standard software including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Nice to have

• Prior internship experience (any field).
• Previous experience with recruiting, marketing, or advertising concepts.
