What you will do
- Administer and maintain recruiting systems, including ATS, CRM platforms, and reporting tools.
- Ensure candidate records are accurate, updated, and compliant.
- Develop and distribute recruiting reports and dashboards to support business decisions.
- Assist with talent pipeline management and candidate outreach campaigns.
- Provide operational support for the hiring process from application through onboarding.
- Identify opportunities to improve automation, efficiency, and the overall candidate experience.
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Ability to work on-site in Carmel, IN (up to 20 hours per week).
