What you will do

• Administer and maintain recruiting systems, including ATS, CRM platforms, and reporting tools.
• Ensure candidate records are accurate, updated, and compliant.
• Develop and distribute recruiting reports and dashboards to support business decisions.
• Assist with talent pipeline management and candidate outreach campaigns.
• Provide operational support for the hiring process from application through onboarding.
• Identify opportunities to improve automation, efficiency, and the overall candidate experience.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to work on-site in Carmel, IN (up to 20 hours per week).
