What you will do
- Own day-to-day HR lifecycle tasks, including drafting contracts and maintaining the internal knowledge base in Notion.
- Host engaging monthly onboarding sessions for all new hires.
- Act as an internal Product SME for the HRIS, experimenting with AI and automation to streamline workflows.
- Provide guidance to employees in the Amsterdam office regarding policies, benefits, and local regulations.
- Continuously identify and implement workflow improvements and manual task automation.
Requirements
- Experience in People Operations within an international or global organization.
- Fluency in Dutch (C1 level or higher) and English is required.
- Tech-forward mindset with a proactive desire to experiment with AI and automation.
- Practical experience with HRIS tooling and a curiosity for product improvement.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with compliance and documentation.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in French or German.
