What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for employees in Lithuania regarding onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and payroll.
• Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and manage immigration processes for expats.
• Maintain accurate people data in HiBob, SODRA, and BSS systems.
• Analyze and automate manual workflows using AI and Google Sheets to improve operational efficiency.
• Organize engagement initiatives and events to strengthen company culture and belonging.
• Manage the company swag strategy and execution.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in roles with high operational ownership.
• Fluent English and Lithuanian (A2+) proficiency.
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
• Practical experience using AI tools for drafting, summarizing, and workflow improvement.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in Vilnius and able to work in a hybrid model.

• Degree in economics, statistics, or employment law.
