Location: Hybrid (requires being in the office at least 4 days per week in Universal City, CA)

Salary: $95,000 - $120,000

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end quantitative and qualitative research projects for unscripted content, including pilots, episodes, and early-stage concepts.
• Translate research data into compelling narratives and reports to inspire creative leaders and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with content development, production, and marketing teams to integrate consumer insights across a show's lifecycle.
• Integrate primary research with behavioral data and industry trends to develop holistic recommendations.
• Manage research vendor partnerships to ensure best-in-class execution of methodologies, timelines, and reporting.
• Track evolving viewer behaviors and cultural shifts within the unscripted television landscape.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consumer insights.
• Experience in the entertainment and/or streaming industries.
• Strong foundation in custom research across quantitative and qualitative methodologies, including survey writing and analytical rigor.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Universal City, CA office.
