Location: Hybrid (2 days a week onsite in New Providence, NJ)

Salary: USD 175,000 - 190,000 yearly

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of analytics and insights associates to ensure high performance standards.
• Act as a strategic advisor to manufacturer clients, helping identify and act on growth opportunities in OTC and Personal Care.
• Synthesize data, consumer behavior, and retail trends into compelling stories and clear recommendations.
• Partner with cross-functional peers and Account Directors to align on joint business goals and value-creating solutions.
• Lead executive-level engagement by connecting marketplace signals and NIQ capabilities into strategic priorities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the CPG industry, preferably in OTC, Personal Care, or Health & Wellness.
• 5+ years of experience leading and coaching teams in data analysis.
• Experience working with syndicated tools such as hirify.global, Circana, or similar RMS/POS scan data.
• Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in New Providence, NJ a minimum of two days per week.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
