What you will do

• Develop and execute measurement and analysis plans aligned with client objectives across online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and deliver data-driven recommendations to improve effectiveness.
• Act as the primary analytics expert for internal teams and clients, providing guidance and thought leadership.
• Mentor, coach, and lead a team of analysts to build a collaborative, high-performing analytics culture.
• Continuously evaluate and implement new measurement technologies and methodologies to drive innovation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in online marketing, web analytics, or research, with a proven ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• 3-5 years of experience leading and mentoring teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and understand client needs.
• Demonstrated curiosity and drive to explore new technologies and methodologies in digital marketing analytics.
• Healthcare/pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus (not required).
