What you will do
- Acquire high-value net new fitness, wellness, or new vertical partners to grow the book of business.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas for new venues added to the ClassPass network.
- Prioritize in-person outreach through drop-ins, meetings, and events using a field-first mindset.
- Build strong regional connections by identifying and attending networking opportunities within the wellness community.
- Maintain precise pipeline visibility and forecasting records within Salesforce.
- Negotiate and present high-level pitch decks to prospective partners.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of B2B transactional sales experience using both Field and Inside sales tactics.
- Proven track record of consistent over-performance on monthly quotas and OKRs.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Must be based in Barcelona.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Microsoft Suite.

- Existing professional connections within the local fitness, wellness, or applicable industries in the region.
