What you will do
- Acquire high-value net new fitness, wellness, or new vertical partners within the assigned market.
- Lead with a field-first mindset, prioritizing in-person outreach through drop-ins, meetings, and events.
- Consistently hit or exceed monthly quotas for new venues added to the network.
- Build and maintain strong industry connections within the regional fitness and wellness community.
- Manage accurate records and forecasting using Salesforce and Salesloft.
- Conduct negotiations and present pitch decks to prospective partners.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of B2B transactional sales experience leveraging field and inside sales tactics.
- Based in Barcelona with ability to travel across the region.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Proven record of consistent over-performance on monthly quotas and OKRs.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Microsoft Suite.
