Automotive - Scrum Master within Bus Cable Harness

Location: On-site at the client office five days per week in Södertälje, Sweden. The assignment covers Stockholm County and Södermanland County.

What you will do

• Coordinate, plan, and follow up on project activities related to electrical systems and vehicle development.
• Act as the central coordination point between project stakeholders and the design team.
• Support eMobility projects involving schematics and cable harness development for bus chassis.
• Track project milestones and support delivery according to plan.
• Maintain a positive team culture and high level of engagement within the Agile team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in design and engineering work.
• Experience with coordination, planning, and follow-up activities.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and project-oriented environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Availability for on-site work at the client office five days per week.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with the client.
• Experience in cable harness design using Saber.
