Manager, Enterprise Solutions (SAP S/4HANA)

What you will do

• Lead the operational management of large-scale ERP, CRM, and SCM projects.
• Develop implementation and rollout strategies for complex application landscapes and client environments.
• Build ERP and application architecture strategies, concepts, and roadmaps with clients.
• Work with client boards and senior management alongside BCG Platinion leadership.
• Prepare and present proposals for major Enterprise Solutions projects.
• Contribute to Nordic Enterprise Solutions leadership, including colleague leadership and content development.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of relevant experience in strategic ERP, CRM, or SCM projects.
• Degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or SCM implementation methods, supporting procedures, business cases, and benefit management.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft D365, Salesforce, or comparable enterprise solutions.
• Understanding of modern data-driven architectures and end-to-end process integration.
• Fluent English and one Nordic language, with strong analytical, communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with LLMs and other generative AI tools.
• Experience in manufacturing, PLM, MES, or other large transformation environments.
