Project Manager

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; full-time on-site position

What you will do

• Manage 2–4 client accounts alongside a senior Project Manager or Client Partner.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and translate client needs into clear, actionable briefs.
• Coordinate strategy, creative ideas, execution, and activation across projects.
• Manage day-to-day client communication, project budgets, timelines, and feedback rounds.
• Develop proposals and identify opportunities to grow client accounts.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in project management, account management, or coordination within an agency environment.
• Recent graduates in communication, marketing, or business with relevant internship or freelance experience are also considered.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in Swedish and English.
• Strong organisational skills, strategic thinking, business awareness, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Advanced Keynote skills and the ability to manage several priorities simultaneously.
