What you will do

• Lead complex command and control systems development projects from initiation through delivery.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, quality, resources, and risks.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, customers, users, and key stakeholders.
• Manage priorities, dependencies, and risks across projects and programmes.
• Contribute to strategic planning, business development, portfolio management, and improved project methodologies.
• Mentor colleagues and support effective AI-enabled ways of working.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Engineering or another relevant technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Several years of project management experience in systems development, defence, IT, telecommunications, or a similar technology-intensive industry.
• Experience leading large, complex development projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Understanding of systems development and product lifecycles, including experience with budgets, resources, risks, and delivery management.
• Experience in regulated, safety-critical, or otherwise complex technical environments.
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English. Security vetting is required, and additional citizenship obligations may apply for positions requiring security clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience with C2/C4I, defence industry projects, armed forces, or government agencies.
• Programme management or leadership of large-scale system deliveries.
• Agile ways of working combined with traditional project governance.
• Systems engineering, requirements management, sensor fusion, situational awareness, GIS/geospatial information, or real-time systems.
• International development programmes and customer collaborations.
