Release Project Manager (MedTech)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; four days per week on site

What you will do

• Maintain and communicate release roadmaps covering scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
• Coordinate delivery expectations and track dependencies across multiple cross-functional workstreams.
• Align Product Management, R&D leadership, and other stakeholders on priorities, commitments, and delivery plans.
• Communicate release status, risks, mitigation options, and key decisions clearly and consistently.
• Prepare structured updates and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Support alignment between engineering execution, commercial readiness, customer commitments, and product strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in project management or cross-functional coordination within complex R&D environments.
• Experience working in a regulated industry; medical-device experience is preferred.
• Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and structured communication skills.
• Understanding of product development lifecycles, including design control and release processes.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and support decision-making across diverse stakeholder groups.
