Senior CRS Project & Automation Manager

What you will do

• Lead strategic CRS transformation projects from concept through implementation, including governance, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and outcome tracking.
• Identify automation opportunities and implement digital solutions, including AI-enabled search, workflow automation, and Copilot capabilities.
• Drive process excellence through hirify.global Business System and Kaizen methodologies, standardizing processes and reducing complexity.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and benefit-tracking approaches to improve performance visibility.
• Use customer feedback, Voice of Customer, and NPS insights to improve customer and stakeholder experience.
• Improve knowledge management, digital enablement, and the capture and sharing of best practices and project outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, engineering, regulatory affairs, quality, information systems, or a related field.
• Typically 8 or more years of experience in project management, business transformation, operations excellence, quality, regulatory, process improvement, or digital enablement.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex operational topics through executive-level messages and practical project plans.
• Experience in a regulated, quality-focused, or customer-facing environment.
• Fluent English communication skills required, both written and verbal.

Nice to have

• Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, life sciences, quality, regulatory, or customer support.
• Experience with automation, AI adoption, RPA, process mining, Power Platform, Power Automate, Power BI, Salesforce, Copilot, or similar tools.
• Lean, Six Sigma, DBS, Agile, Scrum, PMP, or equivalent certification.
• Experience building dashboards, project scorecards, business cases, or benefit-tracking models.
