Senior Project Manager (Autonomy)

What you will do

• Lead autonomous systems and future battlespace development projects from initiation through delivery.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, quality, resources, and risks across the full lifecycle.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including systems engineers, software developers, AI specialists, architects, and domain experts.
• Align customers, users, development teams, and other stakeholders on priorities and dependencies.
• Contribute to strategic planning, business development, portfolio growth, and improved project methodologies.

Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Several years of project management experience in systems development, defence, software, telecommunications, or a similar technology-intensive industry.
• Experience leading large and complex development projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Understanding of systems engineering and product development lifecycles, including budgets, resources, risks, and delivery management.
• Experience in security-sensitive, safety-critical, or otherwise complex technical environments.
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English; security vetting is required, and citizenship obligations may apply for roles requiring security clearance.

• Experience with autonomous and AI-enabled systems, human-machine teaming, decision support, or machine learning applications.
• Defence industry programmes, armed forces or government collaboration, and large-scale system deliveries.
• Agile development, traditional project governance, systems engineering, requirements management, or solution architecture.
• Multi-sensor integration, data fusion, perception systems, real-time mission systems, unmanned systems, or international customer projects.
